Payment Policies
Registrations
You must register and pay in full at the time of registration for all programs by:

Cash, Visa Mastercard, Amex or Debit if in person

Visa or MasterCard if over the phone

Visa, MasterCard or Interac if online
Gymnastics Ontario Membership
All participants registered in Recreational Classes, Camps or Private Lessons must purchase a $40.00 Gymnastics Ontario Membership fee, HST is included. This membership is valid from July 1st until June 30th each year and is not refundable under any circumstances.
GymZone reserves the right to terminate membership at any time.
Recreational Classes

All refunds are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee per student.

No refunds after the start of the 3rd regular session class (credit only less a $30.00 cancellation fee).

No refunds or credits will be provided after the 5th week of classes.

Once posted to your account, credits are not eligible for a refund at a later date.

We do not offer makeup classes, refunds or credits for missed classes including those cancelled due to inclement weather or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control

If there is a medical reason for withdrawal and a doctor's note is provided after 5 weeks of classes, a credit will be applied to your account and the $30.00 cancellation fee will be waived.

Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
Camps (P.A. Days, March Break, Summer Camp)

All P.A day camp cancellations require 7 days notice to be eligible for a refund. All refunds are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. Anything less than 7 days notice, a credit will be provided less a $30.00 cancellation fee.

All full-week (March Break/Summer Camp) cancellations require 14 days notice to be eligible for a refund and are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Anything less than 14 days notice, a credit will be provided less a $75.00 cancellation fee.

For multiple full week registrations, a $100.00 deposit per week, per child is required upon registration and is subject to the above refund policy.
Birthday/Corporate Parties

All party cancellations require 14 days notice to be eligible for a refund and are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Anything less than 14 days notice, a credit will be provided less a $75.00 cancellation fee.

All parties must pay the base package price of $232.76 upon booking, the balance must be paid upon arrival, the day of your party.
School/Group Bookings

All school/group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to date, will be required to pay the full amount for the visit.
Private Lessons

Each Athlete is required to pay and schedule a minimum of 3 lessons at a time.

Any cancellation of a private lesson must be communicated with the GymZone administration team at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. If 48 hours notice is not provided, a $30.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Drop-in

Refunds or credits will not be provided for any Drop-in programming.
